Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is an individual, Pavel A. Konoplev ("Controller"), owner of https://www.konoplev.tech ("Site").

By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

2. What data is collected

Data from the request form (sent only if you submit the form yourself):

• your first name (no surname needed);
• a contact to reply to: an email address or a Telegram username;
• your message and, unless you detach it, the parameters from the price calculator.

3. Data collected automatically

For simple statistics the Site records:

• a randomly generated visitor identifier. It is not linked to your name, contacts or device and cannot be used to identify you;
• the page address, entry time, exit time and the number of seconds spent on the page.

4. What I do not collect

• surnames, passwords, nicknames, interface language;
• IP addresses are not written to the database. They are used only in server memory to rate-limit requests (spam protection) and are not stored;
• the Site does not use cookies. The visitor identifier is kept in your browser localStorage;
• no third-party counters (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and the like), ad networks or pixels are used.

5. Why the data is used

Data is not sold and is not used for advertising or profiling.

• to answer your request and discuss the work: name, contact, message;
• to understand which pages are useful and improve them: identifier and time on page;
• to protect the form and the Site from spam and abuse.

6. Legal basis

Processing of a request is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on the need to reply to you and enter into a contract at your request. Visit statistics are anonymous and cannot identify you.

7. Retention

• visit data (identifier, page, time) is deleted automatically after 90 days;
• requests are kept while we communicate and work together, then up to 3 years (for warranty questions), after which they are deleted. Earlier on your request.

8. Who receives the data

Data is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary:

• the hosting provider whose server runs the Site;
• the email service (Yandex Mail) through which I receive and answer emails;
• Telegram, where a notification about a new request may be sent to me personally, and where you contact me yourself.

9. How data is protected

The Site works over HTTPS; only I have access to the server and the database. The number and size of requests from one address are limited.

10. Your rights

You may ask what data I hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to pavel.konoplev.dev@yandex.ru; I reply within 10 business days.

To stop statistics, clear the Site data in your browser (this removes the identifier) or disable JavaScript. An anonymous identifier cannot by design be linked to you, so “your” browsing history cannot be looked up on request, but after clearing localStorage you get a new identifier.

If you believe your rights are violated, you may contact the data protection authority or a court.

If the Policy changes, the new version is published on this page with the date at the top.
